-Showed highlights from last week's Nitro
-Announced Sting had given control of WCW back to the Executive Committee, and a President will be named soon; also announced Dusty Rhodes is now the head of the Championship Committee
--The Insane Clown Posse/Vampiro (the Dead Pool) defeated Lash LaReux/Norman Smiley/Prince Iaukea via a Moonsault
-Showed the four WCW TV Guide covers

-Showed the Revolution backstage talking to Dusty Rhodes asking him if things were going to change now that Flair isn't in control; David Flair walked by and made some comments and Benoit dropped him in the Crippler Crossface; Rhodes then told Flair that he would defend the U.S. Title tonight against Benoit



--Mona defeated Little Jeanie by a pinfall
-Brandi Alexander came out after the match, but Mona dropped her with a Clothesline sending her out of the ring
-Hogan's son ran into Hogan's dressing room and told him it was time for his interview; he held up his red and yellow colors, but Hogan told him just to hang onto them


-On his way to the ring, Hogan was jumped by Nash, Sid, and Rick Steiner and drug to the ring; Sting and Goldberg came out to save him; Hogan then said he'd put his career on the line against Nash at Sturgis, and Sting told Nash to put his career on the line; they then agreed to a six man tag match tonight



--Chris Benoit defeated David Flair via a Diving Headbutt for the United States Heavyweight Championship

-Before the match, Nick Patrick came out and replaced Charles Robinson as referee

-Flair tried to leave but Saturn and Malenko put him back in the ring

-The Triad tried to interfere, but the Revolution held them off
-Macho Man was interviewed about Dennis Rodman

--Eddie Guerrero/Rey Mysterio Jr defeated Chris Adams/Dave Taylor via the Frog Splash
-The Dead Pool came out and attacked Guerrero and Mysterio, and Kidman came out to help them


-The West Texas Rednecks came out and said later they would debut their song, "Good Ol' Boys", but Gene told them that Chad Brock was there to sing his song, "Ordinary Lives"
--Kidman defeated Disco Inferno via DQ
-The match was DQ'd when the Dead Pool came out and attacked Kidman; they then also attacked Disco; Mysterio and Guerrero came out to help them; when they went to shake hands with Disco, he left

--Buff Bagwell and Scott Norton wrestled a No Contest
-The match was thrown out when the Cat and Sonny Onoo got in the ring; the Cat was Clotheslined by Norton, and Onoo got the Buff Blockbuster
-Chad Brock performed his song

-After the performance, the Rednecks attacked Brock and the Revolution came out to back him up; Brock then told Hennig if he wants him, he's got him



--Kanyon defeated Booker T via the Flatliner
-DDP and Bigelow came out and dropped Stevie Ray, then threw a Tag Title belt to Kanyon who hit Booker T with it, then put him in the Flatliner

-Dennis Rodman came out and said after he beats Savage he's going to take Gorgeous George

-Savage ran out, and security had to keep the two apart
-Hogan came out as the Hulkster

--Sting/Hulk Hogan/Goldberg defeated Kevin Nash/Sid Vicious/Rick Steiner via the Scorpion Deathlock
